Service Description

An onsite audit/review of your project/grants program, after an in-depth documental review to meet the project staffs and, if needed, assess subawardees, review, analyze, test and identify the potential weaknesses or blindspots of your project. The 3D-360° approach, a GrantsInsiders' developed methodology, analyses your project from an organizational capacity and implementation or programmatic approach perspective and allows us to visualize what type of organization your project is operating under, its strengths and weaknesses and the potential challenges that might be experienced in the context into which the project is being implemented and help you anticipate and identify in advance areas of potential risks or fraud, weaknesses or blindspots of your project and design or propose appropriate means of mitigation.
